After a detailed briefing we then actively scout for the desired location and conducts local or global scouting for a location to satisfy your requirements. We will provide you with a number of alternatives in order to find the most suitable location, and offer you competent, objective advice concerning your area of choice. We arrange and set up appointments with property managers or owners, if need be, so your team can personally visit the location(s).
